HAPPINESS - When positive thoughts are generated, when you're feeling HAPPY, or optimistic, cortisol decreases and the brain produces serotonin, creating a feeling of well-being. When serotonin levels are normal, one feels HAPPY, calmer, less anxious, more focused and more emotionally stable (Scaccia, 2017 )
STRESS - can worsen physical illness
FEAR - can lead to increases in certain chemicals that prepare us through the "fight or flight" response
POSITIVE THOUGHTS - start chain reactions that allow us to improve our immune system.
ELIMINATE CANCER - do not give cancer any energy. Your body has the POWER to ELIMINATE it!

This is very difficult and sometimes almost impossible. DO NOT GIVE UP, there is a BRIGHT SIDE, look deep into the situation.
